Adam has tried and handled cases before Federal district courts in over 20 states, the Federal Circuit, the ITC, PTAB, arbitrators, and mediators for plaintiffs and defendants of all sizes and types. This experience combined with his experience as Judge at the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”) and an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), provides him with the ability to see a patent case from all angles and establish an effective strategy for his clients.

Patent Litigation
Adam has tried and handled hundreds of patent cases before Federal district courts in over 20 states, the Federal Circuit, the ITC, PTAB, arbitrators, and mediators for plaintiffs and defendants of all sizes and type.
PTAB Cases
Adam was a judge at the PTAB in the AIA trial division handling IPR's. Adam has since successfully represented numerous clients as an advocate before the PTAB.
Intellectual Property
Adam is versed in all aspects of intellectual property and has handled litigation and prosecutions of copyright, trademark, and trade secrets.
Arbitration
Adam has served as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") for over five years. He also represents clients in arbitrations and mediations.
Expert Witness
Adam has testified as an expert in patent infringement cases on issues such as legal malpractice during the prosecution of a patent and IPR estoppel under 35 U.S.C. s 315.
